Cultivate trusted relationships by helping our clients Be a PRO! We act as their best advocate by delivering timely resolutions, proactive thinking and impactful support. We befriend our key clients with a team effort and you will deliver solutions on a daily basis.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits program, great perks and the opportunity to earn additional bonuses.

Responsibilities: Retain our key clients, as the key service contact. Build trust by responding with empathy and resolving issues that arise (open enrollment, new hires, billing and claims). Proactively find opportunities to simplify the client experience. Communicate clearly and follow up and follow through consistently. Enjoy a team environment and high-service relationships.

Personal Insurance Advisor

Cultivate trusted relationships by creating a robust pipeline of prospects and securing new personal clients.  Unique opportunity to focus on high value priorities!

Compensation: Salary plus commission (no cap), commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits program and our unique and compelling culture.

Responsibilities: Develop sales/marketing plan; network with current clients and centers of influence; create new intro sources; qualify and visit prospects; customize coverage and service solutions; develop compelling, unique level of personal service.  Enjoy leadership guidance and experienced support, but be a lead "designer" of an improved approach to high service relationships in Personal Lines.  Grow a revenue stream and a meaningful career.

Qualifications: Honest, articulate, professional and resourceful - a creative and organized "people person" who is driven to build something great and succeed.  Personal insurance experience helpful.  A trusted network - and the drive to continue building one - is key.

Commercial Insurance Advisor

Responsibilities: Develop sales/marketing plan; schedule meetings through prospecting, networking and 'centers of influence'; qualify prospects; customize coverage and service solutions; arrange appropriate loss control and claims services; ongoing account consultation and relationship.  Enjoy leadership guidance and experienced support, but remain ultimately responsible for building relationships, a growing revenue stream and a meaningful career.

Qualifications: Honest, articulate, professional and resourceful - a "connector" who is driven to succeed and build a career. Commercial property/casualty insurance sales experience preferred. Active licenses.
