Personal Lines Service

Cultivate trusted relationships by keeping insurance simple and acting as an advocate for clients. Unique opportunity to service existing client base and actively help us grow.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits program and the opportunity to earn additional bonuses.

Responsibilities: Maintain 95% retention through proactive contact, responsive service and active renewal marketing. Handle policy changes, inquiries and claims. Communicate clearly and follow up and follow through. Enjoy a team environment, growth mindset and commitment to high-service client relationships.

Qualifications: Honest, articulate, professional and resourceful – a very organized self-starter with strong underwriting, coverage and company knowledge. Four years personal insurance sales or service experience. Active licenses.

Commercial Lines Producer

Cultivate trusted relationships by creating a robust pipeline of prospects and securing new business clients. Leadership opportunity may accrue as agency growth continues.

Compensation: Salary plus commission (no cap), commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits program.

Responsibilities: Develop sales/marketing plan; schedule meetings through prospecting, networking and centers of influence; qualify prospects; customize coverage and service offering; arrange appropriate loss control and claims services; ongoing account consultation and relationship.  Enjoy leadership guidance and experienced support, but remain ultimately responsibility for building relationships and generating revenue.

Qualifications: Honest, articulate, professional and resourceful – a “connector” who is driven to succeed and build a career.  Commercial property/casualty insurance sales experience preferred. Active licenses.

Responsibilities: Help develop sales/marketing plan; network with current clients and centers of influence; create new intro sources; qualify and visit prospects; customize coverage and service offering; develop compelling, unique level of personal service. Enjoy leadership guidance and experienced support, but be the lead “designer” of a new approach to high-service relationships in personal lines.

Qualifications: Honest, articulate, professional and resourceful – a creative and organized “people person,” driven to build something and succeed.  Personal insurance sales or service experience. Active licenses.
