SIG Wins We CARE Award!
S.O.S. is launching their annual Care Package Drive for the Troops on October 11. The drive will run through November 11, which is Veteran’s Day.
The packages will be going to the 1st Squadron, 32nd Calvary Regiment of Fort Campbell, Kentucky who are stationed in a remote location of Afghanistan. The soldiers do not have the luxury of a post exchange where they are, so whatever they receive through the mail is their only chance of getting new goods.
We are collecting a number of goods that the troops have requested. The list includes items such as personal hygeine items, recent CD’s/DVD’s, chewing gum, candy, powdered drink mix, and other comfort items.
