Here's his story:
When a carrier experiences a system “glitch” that leads to billing issues and non-renewal notices, it requires extraordinary patience and persistence while waiting for the carrier to correct the errors. In this case, the issue lasted for several months and was quite frustrating for everyone involved.
Remaining calm, professional and focused on the solution is essential in this type of situation. Going above and beyond, working closely with the carrier, following up and, most importantly, keeping clients informed every step of the way is what matters. Austin Hatter was a shining example that Care Fuels Connection!

What do you find most challenging about your new role with Schwartz Insurance Group?
Learning all the ins and outs of new, unfamiliar companies and their websites, as well as the details of the coverage options and packages they offer.
Are you a Louisville native? If so, we have to ask: UK or U of L?
I consider myself a Louisville native (actually from a town 30 miles south), and I’m definitely a UK fan.
If you could vacation anywhere in the world, where would you visit?
I would really like to travel to Egypt to see the Great Pyramidof Giza, or perhaps vacation on the Caribbeanisland of Saint Lucia.
Who gets your vote for the greatest rock band in the world?
It would be hard to choose just one, but some favorites are Boston, Fleetwood Mac, Queen and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Do you have any personal interests or hobbies?
I enjoy playing guitar and drums and just listening to music as much as possible.
What adjective best describes you?
Generous. I love helping people, and just knowing I’ve made their day better feels rewarding.
Are you a dog person or a cat person?
I love both dogs and cats, but cats are much easier to take care of since they clean themselves and have their own “bathroom” – ha.
