Responsibilities: Develop sales/marketing plan; network with current clients and centers of influence; create new intro sources; qualify and visit prospects; customize coverage and service solutions; develop compelling, unique level of personal service. Enjoy leadership guidance and experienced support, but be a lead "designer" of an improved approach to high service relationships in Personal Lines. Grow a revenue stream and a meaningful career.
Qualifications: Honest, articulate, professional and resourceful - a creative and organized "people person" who is driven to build something great and succeed. Personal insurance experience helpful. A trusted network - and the drive to continue building one - is key.
