Every month, Schwartz Insurance Group selects a peer-nominated associate to receive a Core Value Award. The winner is chosen because they "lived" one of our agency's core values - typically an event or accomplishment above and beyond the call of duty in serving our customers. For the month of November, Austin Hatter has "lived" our core value of "Consider it Done."
Here's his story:
The Jackson 5 had a Motown hit singing, “Just call my name and I’ll be there.” At Schwartz, we are fortunate in that we don’t even have to call a name to beckon help. We have a special “go to” person for that situation.
When someone walks into the office and even hints at needing help with personal insurance, ears perk up from afar – click, click, click – our work from home associates can all count on speedy service and able assistance.
As evidenced by a very steady flow of 5-star Google reviews, Austin Hatter continues to prove that he is well suited for the role of Personal Advisor. He delivers for his clients – he delivers for ALL clients. Just Consider it Done!
Here, in his own words, is a little more information about Austin:
What do you find most challenging about your role as Personal Advisor?
Learning all the ins and outs of new, unfamiliar companies and their websites, as well as the details of the coverage options and packages they offer.
Are you a Louisville native? If so, we have to ask: UK or U of L?
I consider myself a Louisville native (actually from a town 30 miles south), and I’m definitely a UK fan.
If you could vacation anywhere in the world, where would you visit?
I would really like to travel to Egypt to see the Great Pyramid of Giza, or perhaps vacation on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia.
Who gets your vote for the greatest rock band in the world?
It would be hard to choose just one, but some favorites are Boston, Fleetwood Mac, Queen and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Do you have any personal interests or hobbies?
I enjoy playing guitar and drums, and just listening to music as much as possible.
What adjective best describes you?
Generous. I love helping people, and just knowing I’ve made their day better feels rewarding.
Are you a dog person or a cat person?
I love both dogs and cats, but cats are much easier to take care of since they clean themselves and have their own “bathroom” – ha.
Congratulations on your Core Value Award, Austin - and thank you for doing such a terrific job for Team Schwartz. You are appreciated!
