In 2025, most people look to online feedback – namely Google reviews – to help them make that “who to trust” decision. Consequently, Schwartz set an agency objective related to our reputation since so many clients have let us know they find it easy to do business with us.
Internally, we set incentives to encourage our happy clients to post a review. Several associates have taken on the challenge, but only one has been wildly successful. Not only do his clients trust and appreciate him, they are also willing to rave about him online! Sixteen 5-star reviews in one month. It’s simply awe-inspiring!

You've been a member of Team Schwartz for 13 years now. Have the challenges and rewards of being a Strategic Advisor changed for you over the years? If so, how?
Government intervention with healthcare reform has changed the entire marketplace. Navigating the sea of change has created many problems and opportunities. Maintaining an understanding of the reforms and using the deep knowledge that I have acquired to help people has created real challenges and rewards. I still enjoy not only selling to the needs of clients but also helping them learn about and understand the products they are buying to fulfill their needs.

If you could go back in time and give your eighteen-year-old self a bit of advice, what would it be?
Buy Apple stock!
What's your favorite movie of all time?

Do you have any hobbies or personal interests?
Reading, fishing and maintaining our pond and garden.
If you could vacation anywhere in the world (money being no object), where would you like to visit?
