Every month, Schwartz Insurance Group selects a peer-nominated associate to receive a Core Value Award. The winner is chosen because they "lived" one of our agency's core values - typically an event or accomplishment above and beyond the call of duty in serving our customers. This month, Monica Watts has "lived" our core value of "Consider it Done."
Here's her story:
In a service business, customers are key and our people DO care for clients. But, as is often the case, important things are also happening behind the scenes.
One of our associates is doing a bit extra – answering questions, solving problems and modeling positivity – she makes everyone’s job easier and less stressful.
We are fortunate to have such an asset at SIG – we’re pleased to recognize Monica Watts for all she does to support her team – with Monica, simply "Consider it Done!"
Here, in her own words, is a little more information about Monica:
What are some of the things you find rewarding about working with the members of Team Schwartz?
The team comes together and helps each other when needed. Everyone is very supportive and open to change.
What adjective best describes you?
Outgoing and/or compassionate.
If you could go back in time and give your eighteen-year-old self a bit of advice, what would it be?
Believe in yourself, follow your dreams and never give up on them!
What might we be surprised to learn about you?
My husband and I were foster parents for three years - a most rewarding time.
Are there any pets in the Watts household?
No, but if we had a pet it would be a dog. Probably a chocolate lab!
What’s your favorite movie of all time?
"Sweet Home Alabama."
Rock and roll or country music?
Love them both - depends on the day!
Congratulations on your Core Value Award, Monica - and thank you for doing such a great job for Schwartz Insurance Group. You are appreciated!
