For the month of October, Monica Watts has "lived" our core value of "Building on a Legacy."

Looking for talent is a big job – especially when it’s critical that the talented person fits in well with SIG’s positive and supportive culture!
When a team is actively looking for talent, that also means there is an urgent need for support. Our personal lines team has been dealing with hectic seasons for months now. Keeping one’s spirits up while focusing on the business at hand is paramount to happiness. Everyone is important and those who are in leadership roles are crucial.
Monica Watts has focused on the big picture as well as the fine details, showing supportive leadership when time was of the essence and the needs of her team were many. Due to her exemplary efforts, her team now has a talented new member. Monica consistently contributes to Building on a Legacy!

What are some of the things you find rewarding about working with the members of Team Schwartz?
The team comes together and helps each other when needed. Everyone is very supportive and open to change.
What adjective best describes you?
Outgoing and/or compassionate.
If you could go back in time and give your eighteen-year-old self a bit of advice, what would it be?
Believe in yourself, follow your dreams - and never give up on them!
What might we be surprised to learn about you?
My husband and I were foster parents for three years - a most rewarding time.
Are there any pets in the Watts household?
No, but if we had a pet, it would be a dog. Probably a chocolate lab!
What’s your favorite movie of all time?
"Sweet Home Alabama."
Rock and roll or country music?
Love them both - depends on the day!
