Every month, Schwartz Insurance Group selects a peer-nominated associate to receive a Core Value Award. The winner is chosen because they "lived" one of our agency's core values - typically an event or accomplishment above and beyond the call of duty in serving our customers. This month, Debbie Arduino has "lived" our core value of "Building on a Legacy." Here's her story:
It's not easy to adjust to a new role, but Debbie Arduino has met every challenge she's encountered as a Benefits Advocate with a positive, thoughtful attitude that has inspired her teammates. Her knowledge and confidence have continued to grow over the last year, as has her team's trust and dependence on her. She has made quite an impression! Schwartz Insurance Group is very proud of the fact that she is "Building on a Legacy!"

What are some things you find rewarding about working with the members of Team Schwartz?
Everyone is always so nice and helpful and willing to work with you, and the flexible work schedule makes it easier.
What adjective best describes you?
I'd say either "hard-working" or "dependable."
What do you find most challenging about being a Benefits Advocate?
Sometimes certain carriers have strict guidelines that make a process harder than it should be.
Are there any pets in the Arduino household?
My husband and I have a rescue dog named Brooke. She's an energetic beagle/spaniel mix and I've given her LOTS of toys because she always wants to play.
What's your favorite movie of all time?
"Pretty Woman" - I love Julia Roberts!
If you could go back in time and give your eighteen-year-old self a bit of advice, what would it be?
You might not always have another the chance to tell someone you love them - so tell them all the time!
