Every month, Schwartz Insurance Group selects a peer-nominated associate to receive a Core Value Award. The winner is chosen because they "lived" one of our agency's core values - typically an event or accomplishment above and beyond the call of duty in serving our customers. This month, Taylor Thirlwell has "lived" our core value of "Consider it Done."
Here's his story:
When a client has legal issues arise, it’s not a big surprise that insurance is going to play a role. And that means WE likely play a role, as in collecting all the due diligence information required by the court.
Well, we got pulled into this particular scenario in a big way ... literally thousands of records were involved. It was a monumental task that fully stretched our Business Advocate – she needed help!
To the rescue, it was Taylor Thirlwell. He jumped in right away to begin collecting and saving records to keep us on track – he delivered on "Consider It Done!"
Here, in his own words, is a little more information about Taylor:
How long have you worked in the insurance industry?
I've worked in the field for about six and a half years now.
What are some things you find rewarding about working with the members of Team Schwartz?
They go out of their way to help if you need it and they will offer advice on how to tackle a problem.

I spent a semester abroad studying Arabic in Yemen.

Books are fine, but I really enjoy the experience of going out to the movies with friends.
