This month, Tracey Crowder has "lived" our core value of "Consider it Done."
Here's her story:
Efficiency offers us a competitive advantage. Any time cut from "processing" insurance stuff is more
time serving customers. And little things add up.
When our IT guy shared admin rights to the rating software we use with one associate, he wasn’t sure what she might figure out on her own and do. But, it didn’t take long for the WOW! Within a few minutes, like the Tasmanian Devil tearing through the list of updates, changes and fixes, she was a wonder.
From "freaky fast" on requests to "freaky ferocious" in driving efficiency, Tracey Crowder delivers. We are lucky ... and we can always "Consider it Done!"
Here, in her own words, is a little more information about Tracey:
You've been with Schwartz Insurance Group for around seven years now. What's been the biggest challenge you've had to face as an Agency Admin Pro?
I think the biggest challenge has been prioritizing Personal Lines and handling the work I do for Medical Malpractice and CPAs.
What adjective best describes you?
"Hyper" - of course.
What's your favorite movie of all time?
"The Abyss."
Are there any pets in the Crowder household?
"Frito" the cat - he's the man of the house!
If you could no longer work in the insurance field, what profession would you like to try?
I don't know what I would do - I plan on being involved in insurance until I can no longer work.
