Every month, Schwartz Insurance Group selects a peer-nominated associate to receive a Core Value Award. The winner is chosen because they "lived" one of our agency's core values - typically an event or accomplishment above and beyond the call of duty in serving our customers. For the month of February, Allyson Burns has "lived" our core value of "Quick to Smile."

It’s nice to know someone will have your back – especially if times are busy and the stakes are high. That’s exactly what happened in recent months!
A maternity leave occurred during the challenge of a hectic season with plenty of customer angst. Fortunately, a good hiring decision meant someone was not only available but ready to step up, patiently handling client calls with ease. In fact, she quickly shined as a real pro!
Allyson Burns stepped right in and delivered on all our promises. She clearly has a bright future ahead of her and has already proven that she is Quick to Smile!

Friendly!
If you could vacation anywhere in the world – money being no object – where would you visit?
So many places! It’s impossible for me to choose just one. I’d like to go everywhere!
Do you have any fur babies? Dogs or cats?
Unfortunately, I don’t have any pets right now.
Tell us about your personal interests and hobbies.
Anything outdoors. I like to go rock climbing and hiking.
What’s your favorite movie of all time?
I don’t have a favorite movie, but I’m always up for a good rom-com or documentary.
