The winner is chosen because they "lived" one of our agency's core values - typically an event or accomplishment above and beyond the call of duty in serving our customers. For the month of July, Courtney Hester has "lived" our core value of "Quick to Smile."
Here's her story:
Being busy is good, but busy times can be stressful. Our Personal Lines team can certainly relate, with plentiful retirements and renewals making the workdays challenging.
It’s nice to have team members who are always ready and willing to help, despite their own workload. Proactive offers of assistance whenever free time is available are a welcome respite. This is exactly what we enjoy here at Schwartz – such altruism garners much appreciation!
Courtney Hester always has time to help others. She offers her time and talent, even when her own plate is full. She has earned the respect of her team leader and team members – and she is always Quick to Smile!

What have you found to be most rewarding about your role as a Personal Advisor?
The friendships/relationships you make. It didn’t take long to start developing them and I love connecting with our clients.
What adjective best describes you?
Creative.
Do you have any personal interests or hobbies?
I love to do anything crafty. I crochet, sew, make vinyl projects (shirts and decals), paint – really, anything I can be creative with.
If you could vacation anywhere in the world – money being no object – where would you visit?
New Zealand!
