They say it takes a village. In our business, we must work together to ensure that we not only help our clients, but that we also protect ourreputation for quality business partnerships.
An “opportunity” arose to work with one of our former clients. Our newest producer was largely focused on the new business, but his team was also focused on the long term. The opportunity,in this case, was realizingthat not all business equals good business.
We mentored a producer, navigated a delicate conversation and protected our future. Thanks to Tracey Crowder, we made the right business decision in the right way – truly Building on a Legacy!
Here, in her own words, is a little more information about Tracey:
You've been with Schwartz Insurance Group for several years now. What's been the biggest challenge you've had to face as an Agency Admin Pro?
I think the biggest challenge has been prioritizing Personal Lines and handling the work I do for Medical Malpractice and CPAs.
What adjective best describes you?
"Hyper" - of course.
What's your favorite movie of all time?
"The Abyss."
Any hobbies or personal interests?
Nascar racing and Louisville basketball.
If you could no longer work in the insurance field, what profession would you like to try?
I don't know what I would do - I plan on being involved in insurance until I can no longer work.
