Every month, Schwartz Insurance Group selects a peer-nominated associate to receive a Core Value Award. The winner is chosen because they "lived" one of our agency's core values - typically an event or accomplishment above and beyond the call of duty in serving our customers.
Here's Her Story:
Doctors stay very busy. Protecting their practice is very important, and completing applications is very challenging. Fortunately, our SIG team is very responsive!
A prospective client showed up and needed help in short order, but the producer was out sick. Without hesitation, another expert stepped in, completed the process and saved the day – along with the account!
Paula Vasse has the expertise and the thoughtfulness to be there whenever she is needed. In this case, just when the producer needed her! We thank her for nearly thirty years of dedication and trustworthiness. With Paula, we can always Consider it Done!
Here, in her own words, is a little more information about Paula:
What do you find most challenging about your role as a key Business Advisor? Do you have any advice for others on how to stay cool under pressure?
I believe the most challenging part is getting the insured/prospect to provide the required information needed to work on the account – especially in a timely manner. I just try to make the best out of every situation with a positive attitude.
Let’s pretend you never entered the insurance field. What career would you have chosen?
Years ago, I would have said I would have liked to be a teacher. But now, I would choose a career that would allow me to be more involved with people helping them with whatever could make their life more comfortable and happy.
What adjective best describes you?
Thought about this long and hard. Even asked the family. Did not come up with the same word twice. So, the only word I can come up with is “indescribable” because one word just won’t do it!
Are you a Louisville native? If so, we have to ask: UK or U of L?
Yes, indeed, I am a Louisville native – so U of L!
The book or the movie?
What’s your favorite musical genre? Country, rock and roll, classical…?
I like songs from every genre … with the exception of “rap.”
Congratulations on your Core Value Award, Paula - and thank you for doing such an excellent job for Schwartz Insurance Group. You are appreciated!
