Insurance renewals require proactive contact, good intelligence gathering and timely processes. We are constantly working to simplify how we deliver. And “automating” the process of managing renewals was a challenging task – but the first emails have now been expedited!
Michell Fust stepped right into the fire, organizing a cleanup, mapping the process and now delivering on the dream. That’s how you Get the Juices Flowing!
Here, in her own words, is a little more information about Michell:
What do you find most challenging about your role as Business Advisor?
The most challenging thing I come across is trying to stay up to date with all the changes in the insurance world from coverages to companies. It really keeps a person on their toes!
If you could no longer work in the insurance field, what career would you choose?
Oddly enough, I would have been a cosmetologist or I would have chosen to work with computers somehow - two different ends of the spectrum.
What rock group gets your vote for the greatest band of all time? Or do you prefer country music?
I listen to all kinds of music, so I would have a hard time picking just one. So ... I'll give you my top three favorites: Keith Urban, Lucero and Ed Sheeran.
If you could go back in time and give your eighteen-year-old self a bit of advice, what would it be?
Follow your heart and dreams. Don't let anybody tell you that you can't do something. Figure out a way to achieve that dream and make it happen!
What adjective best describes you?
Cooperative.
What might we be surprised to learn about you?
I've taken up the hobby of gardening and I find it very relaxing.
